		<title>November 2009 shows 1 year increase in sales, but declines in price</title>
		<description><![CDATA[The number of homes sold in November 2009 surpassed November 2008 by 51 percent.  This November saw 1575 homes sold in San Antonio.  Even though this is the lowest number sold since April&#8217;s 1499, it surpassed November 2008&#8217;s 1040 by 535 homes.  The 1575 homes were down one person from November 2007&#8217;s 1591.
