		<description><![CDATA[San Antonio&#8217;s 1739 home sales are 27 percent above its 2009 counterpart&#8217;s 1372.  The interesting part of the story is: San Antonio is the largest Texas city to show an increase over its 2008 sales.  Okay, it&#8217;s only 1 percent above March 2008&#8217;s 1723, but it&#8217;s still an increase.

		<description><![CDATA[The number of homes sold in November 2009 surpassed November 2008 by 51 percent.  This November saw 1575 homes sold in San Antonio.  Even though this is the lowest number sold since April&#8217;s 1499, it surpassed November 2008&#8217;s 1040 by 535 homes.  The 1575 homes were down one person from November 2007&#8217;s 1591.
